Interface comparison for Automation of WMS Options

Hi everybody,

I have to compare different interface technologies which can tie applications to a workflow management system.
The technologies are: COM, .NET, Mashups, IFrames, Command Lines, Gui-automation

I have to compare them on the basis of following criterias:
-platform
-Programming Language
-Effort for implementation
-power (how many applications can be automated with technology)

As result I should get a table.

It would be great if somebody could help me here.
